Easy Returns
Offering quality products and customer satisfaction is our priority. Should you encounter any problem with our products, please contact us for a swift resolution of the issue. Kindly review the terms of our returns policy below:
- Please inspect the packages before opening. Should there be a problem, please inform Atlantic Batteries within 7 days of receipt of product.
- Any merchandise being returned due to any reason other than warranty claims should be in unused and resalable condition. If your order contains multiple units of the same product, please try only ONE product first to determine if the product is to your satisfaction.
- Any merchandise being returned under warranty for repair or replacement should be in accordance with our warranty policy.
- Return shipments must be received by Atlantic Batteries within 30 days of original receipt of products
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless Atlantic Batteries shipped incorrect items.
- Shipping fees of the original order are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Any refunds or credits that may arise shall be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
- Non-warranty returns may attract a re-stocking fee.
- All returns will be inspected for verification upon receipt.
Returns Process
All returns must be authorized by Atlantic Batteries. To get a Returns Authorization, please contact us at 1-865-512-6363. You can also e-mail us at sales@atlanticbatteries.com.
- Information required to obtain a Returns Authorization includes:
- Your order number
- The quantity of return
- The reason for return
- Your contact information
- A Returns Authorization is valid for 10 business days. We request you to send your returns back to us within this time frame.
- The products being returned must be packed securely to ensure the safe return of the package to Atlantic Batteries.
- On the exterior of the package being returned, please include the Returns Authorization number you have received from us.
- We will not be held responsible for lost return packages. All returns must be prepaid; we do not cover shipping charges unless we shipped incorrect item(s).
- For warranty returns, the replacements or exchange items will be shipped via UPS Ground as soon as the returned product has been inspected / repaired.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 10 business days in the same form of payment as the original order.
